Difference in time to play wave files

Hello,

is there someone who can tell me the difference between playing the wave file (pleaseenternumber.wav) as a message which is in the folder (soundfiles).

(For example)

Sound file to play: C:\windows\myscript\soundfiles\pleaseenternumber.wav

and

type the name of the soundfile that must be play in the meesage window (using the assorted folder)?

For example the message which must be say: pleaseenternumber

------------------------------------------------

The difference is maybe the place where the sound files are.

Question2:

Can this be maybe a reason of a delay before playing the sound file in the assorted in the assorted folder?

Question3:

Do you have maybe a patch which reduce this delay when someone want to use the assorted folder?

Iam looking forward for some help.

(The delay is 20 seconds and I am using 4/PCIU card)
