Thank you for the script.
If I understand it correctly you will scan the log file every 2 Minutes and
then place a call to several persons and read back the following string

What delay are you referring to ?

In your script Report.tsc, INS will submit a voice message in the "Send
Message" cell. This message will then be submitted for processing by
MsgServer. MsgServer will dial the number and then play the message.
Where does the delay occur? After the system has dialled and the recipient
has answered the phone?
Can you please also send me the C:\ins\session.log file, so that I can see
the log.
