I have checked the logs. It shows no keys being pressed. The call comes in, is answered, it tells you to press 8 and then goes to the ErrorDTMF which tells you that you have a rotary phone and then hangs up. This is now consistent after being up for a couple of days.

The modem is an internal modem and therefore cannot be rebooted.

I am going to search today for a newer driver for the modem.

Is there a way of determining if the modem driver has a memory leak?

Often after Message Center has been running for days, we are unable to shut it down. It returns an unknown error message. We have to reboot.
