Hi,

are there any voice modems which definitely work with MSCS running on top of Windows 2003? We have been successfully using USR Message Modems with Windows 2000 and need to upgrade to 2003, but have found that they do not accept the hash key message receipt confirmation. I have tried a variety of different modem drivers without success. Windows 2003 does not seem to allow the unimodem half-duplex audio device driver to be updated - it always says "The class installer has denied the request to install or upgrade this device". So I guess we need to try a different modem. I know that you have provided some guidelines regarding modem selection, but have any of your suggested modems been tested with Windows 2003?
