K fix the problem i had 2 accounts one was with username stellakkokkinaki1982 and the user with stellab i was trying with stellakkokkinaki1982 and in the AccessID/Nbr it would take all my account because it has some limitation of the chars i have tried with stellab and there is no problem thanks :)
