SMSC -> Does not Respond

Hello,

I'm trying to send SMS with a GSM modem. I have a SIM Card and a contract with Movistar,S.A. (from Spain). I select the SMSC "E, Telefonica Movistar,UCP" but an error occurs: "SMSC -> Does not Respond". I try changing the Acces Number to the common number for send the SMS via Movistar in Spain "609090909", but the error stills.
