Sorry it took me a while to get all the answers needed.
Indeed it seems that there is a problem in INS that when you press "TEST" on a "SMS: Outgoing SMS through Handset" or "SMS: Incoming SMS through Handset" it will test the communication at 1200 Bds, regardless of the configured Speed settings. If you do a "Detect channels" it will query the devices at 9600 Bds.
Hence the WAVECOM will pass the test when doing a "Detect channels", but fail the "Test".
We will fix this problem in our next release.
This should however not affect your system, as when starting up MsgServer it will test the device with the speed settings you configured. Hence if you set the Speed parameter to 9600 Bds in MsgCenter, the WAVECOM should answer correctly and work.
