Hi Steve

Thank you for your message.
There are no limitation in the number of of voice mail boxes you can define and also there is no limitation to the size of the message.

For 700 users I would however recommend to implement a solution around a database (MsAccess or Excel) that makes it easier to handle the information.
If you only have one voice file per property, you could imagine having two columns in MsAccess, one with the ID of the property and one with the filename of the voice file.
Then you configure the script to get the ID from the caller, search the database for the right voice file and then play it.
Having a database would also allow you to automatically record every call for future statistic.
Another option I can think of is to ad a third column with a FaxBack filename. So if you have information in a document format, the caller could enter his/her fax number and receive this information by fax.

If you send me more details about your requirements, I may eventually give you other hints.

We also offer assistance in implementing scripts for our confirmed customers. So you do not need the worry about database access etc.
