Thanks for your reply. I think my needs are pretty simple, then. I don't think I'll need more than 3 phone lines to handle the volume I'm expecting. And, I want a caller to be able to enter the property number and receive basic information: Price, # of Bedrooms, # of Bathrooms, Square Footage, Waterfront Footage, etc. My biggest problem with other systems is a limitation of 99 IVRs accessible from the "menu tree". We routinely have around 700 properties on the market. So, it sounds like your program can handle the inventory, nicely.
