>>>INS for real estate properties

Steve

I attached probably the most simple implementation to your needs :-)
I made it up in 2 Minutes, so there is still room for improvement!!!
Basically if you do not need to record anything in a database, then you can just let the caller enter the property ID and then concatenate this ID with a file name to create the voice file to play.

In the attached sample I ask the caller to enter 5 keys.
If you enter 10000 the file Info10000.wav is played, if you enter 20000 the file Info20000.wav is played etc.
Obviously you would need to play also a message when the caller enters a number that does not exits, but it shows the basic idea.
Like this all you would need to do if you have a new property is to record a new information file and place it inside the folder. Then it will become immediately accessible to your callers, without any further doing from your side.
If the house is sold, you just delete the file and play a message saying that this property ID does not exits anymore.

To test the attached script, you may place it under C:\INS\SampleScripts\VoiceScripts\property line
and use our Call Simulator.

Sincerely,

Marc Wanderer
