INS won't hang up...

If for instance a caller decides to hang-up while the main greeting is still playing shouldn't INS be able to detect such "event" as a trigger to invoke a hang-up cell? I'm new to this and I'm sure INS can do it since even my cheap answering machine will in fact hang-up right away in the middle of playing its only greeting if a caller decides to hang-up before the greeting is over.

How can I do this with INS?
