Hi,

We are currently testing your INS software.

I would like to know how to create this script in order for us to run the test:

When a phone rings, INS will answer the call
along with the caller ID.
The next step will be base on two senario:

1) if c:/voicefile/{caller id}.mp3 exist then play it and the caller will hear that message
2) if c:/voicefile/{caller id}.mp3 does not exist then INS will play this file instead c:/voicefile/notfound.mp3


Can this be done? if so can you show me the script and where would I load this in the INS?
