Hi,
I have the same SCADA in two pc's, one of this with de 6.1.2 and it works perfectly, and this pc works with a clone copy of the SCADA and i install INS v7.3.0. The syntax that i'm using is the same in both pc's. When i execute sendmsg.exe with version 6.1.2 i can see a information about the syntaxis that i need to call, but when i execute with version 7.3.0 i can see this error message.
