Have a look at
http://www.ivrsoftware.ch/manual_msgcenter.html#idh_preferences

There is an entry
"Delete Error Log entries after xxx days"
This defines the number of days to wait until deleting the old error log entries
If you set this value to 0 no error logs are kept.
