Thank you for your message.
Voice modems (as the Sportster) can not detect if a called party has answered the call. Because of this, your Sportster will probably dial and then immediately start playing the ALARM file regardless if you have answered the phone or not yet.

We recommend our customers for outbound dialing to use a voice board (like the Dialogic DIVA), as they do not have this limitation.
Alternatively you may set a "voice file before" for user MARTMOB, that plays a short introduction before the actual file "ALARM" is sent.
