Sorry my mistake, I should have asked you which version you are using. The work around I sent you is for our latest release. Therefore if you used a version < 7.4 before, there is now a version miss match between the patch and the database.

If you get a chance may I ask you to re-install a fresh copy from www.mawnet.com/ins.zip
