Hi Brian

Are you looking for an active survey (people are called by the system) or a passive survey (people call in) ?

For a sample of an active script please have a look at C:\INS\SampleScripts\VoiceScripts\SendAScript.

For a sample of a passive script (and also for how to connect to a DB) please have a look at C:\INS\SampleScripts\VoiceScripts\ActiveX with MsAccess.
