tapi error: voice player is not available

I am using a Multitech MT5656ZDX-V voice modem and have just installed the evaluation copy of INS. I admit I need to brush up on the program's use, but I have been thru most of the manuals and have found little info on the error that I'm having.

I am running Windows Server 2003 Enterprise edition. Modem is running on COM1, and everything is communicating perfectly. I have also installed the latest modem driver from Multitech's web site.

I have set in my "communication" tab to run the SpeakTime voice script. I can even click the "text" button on Channel 1 to watch the script work thru without issue.

The problem is that when I call in to the modem, I can see the system receiving the call after 3 rings as expected. Then I see "tapi error: voice player is not available", and the script ends and terminates the call.

I've googled everywhere to find "voice player" and "tapi" seeing if I can find a driver that supplies a TAPI "voice player" for this modem, but I'm really not sure exactly what I'm looking for.

When I go to my hardware control panel as recommended in the documentation, I do see the UnimodemV half-duplex audio device. And I even see when going to the Voice Recorder my modem listed as a playback device. But I can't get any audio out of the modem.

My script needs are simple, and I'm really ready to purchase the software if I can just get past this one hurdle. Do you have any suggestions I can try?
