There are 2 major bugs in this software.
1. In the script designer, when I open a cell, there is a place at the bottom for a "Trigger" and a "Target". Once I click on a field in the "Target", the "Trigger" column disappears and cannot be accessed again.

2. When playing audio over the voice modem thought a phone, There is so much background static that I cannot understand what is being said. The static is there for both wave files the play perfectly anywhere else and for text to speach. This problem makes the IVR software unusable for any voice calls. The voice modem is a Dialogic Diva UM Analog-2. When I use the Dialogic software to test the connection, there is no static at all.

I need fixes to both of these problems.
