#1: Designer
Can you please send me a screen shot for this issue?
I suppose that this may be due to the display settings of your computer.

#2: Voice quality
This may be due to an inadequate voice recording format. Voice modems require 8kHz, 16 bit, mono.
Have you tried one of the files under
c:\ins\assorted
or
c:\ins\SampleScripts ?

Can you please send me one of your voice files for me to check?

In any case we do not recommend the use of a voice modem for professional IVR system, but recommend the use of a voice board instead.
