There is the Diva Analog-2 (2 channels) that may be cheaper.

There are also other suppliers of voice boards out there, which we may not know about.
Just check your local HW store and make sure that they support TAPI.

If you are in a VoIP environment, you may use a Software based solution instead.
Here the price / channel is approx. US$ 150.
