Skript-Aufruf wenn User auflegt

Ist es möglich ein Skript aufzurufen wann immer auch der User, der von der Telefonsoftware angerufen wird, auflegt?
Wenn das Skript fertig ist dann legen wir automatisch auf und dabei rufen wir noch ein Skript auf. Das selbe bräuchte ich jetzt auch wenn der User auflegt.
Ist dies möglich?
Wenn ja, wie?
