Hi John

Can you please be more specific about what you try to achieve. Do you want to send SMS through a modem dial-up? Is the modem configured correctly?
Which provider do you want to use? (Where are you located)?
The error message [local] shows that you have configured the option to use a locally configured private SMSC. DO you have a local SMSC set up?
