Hi Kevin

Unfortunately I can not see anything strange.
Is the driver you use (USB Modem) the one that came with the hardware?
Ev. you may need to contact the supplier of the hardware for an update version.

One other thing I noticed is that the file
C:\Users\admint\Desktop\Scripts and Recordings\Thankyou.wav
is missing. But this is only a minor issue.
