Thank you for your answer Marc.

The license number you send me is the same I was using. Anyway I have tried register the INS again with this license number and the error persist.
Then, I tried to register off-line. I already tried it before with negative results but this time it looks it works. I did restarted the INS twice and don't asking me registration anymore.
I really don't know what happened. I send you the off-line validation string that I used this time that let me register the INS. Maybe with it you can figure what happened.
