Intermittent disconnection

From time to time, maybe 2 or 3 times a month, the INS found errors:
"Serial port exception: no TAPI device selected"
"can not initialize COM port"
"There is not compatible mobile phone connected .. .. ".

I've searched several times because the cellphone is disconnected but can not find it. I think the problem is the mobile phone.

It happens rarely however, the real problem is that many SMS accumulate eventually cause errors when I restore the connection.

I already climbed the watchdog time, but I would like to set an alarm to notify me when the disconnect occurs.

Is there any way to create an event with the system designer to perform an action when the disconnect happens?
