Get "Received time" value

Part of SMS my script get the start times of day of my employees. My script runs every 3 minutes.

The INS sends the records into a SQL database the data but sends the script execution time, not the SMS received time.

I already tried with $ RV [@ DATE], $ RV [@ TIME] etc.. but I only get the present system time when I run the script.

How can I get the value shown in "Received Time" column instead of the script execution time?
