Doesn't make sense ... It works when I send from the email address INS is registered to using Groupwise but will not send from specified communication preferences email addresses using Groupwise ... ?
What if I unistalled and reinstalled INS to start from new and registering the program to the preferred email address?
This may require a new registration key...
