Okay, my mistake for not clarifying ...
I used one email to initially set up the channel, then changed it to a different email. The system will only send messages from the initial email.
Probably a Groupwise issue but just to explore all possibilities ... does INS store any emails or histories in any registries that might be causing a problem?
