Moving INS to a different machine

May need to move INS to a different machine. I have been doing some testing and trouble shooting (as you can tell from all the forum posts!!!) and have determined I may need to move INS to different machine and reregister it. Please advise if this is possible. The orginal installation on the first machine will not be used.
