In this case the voice board seems to detect "silence" and considers that the caller has hung up. The threshold for this setting is best set in the configuration of your card. Alternatively you may also play around with the settings in MsgCenter->Tools->Preferences->Voice.
But those may be overwritten by the settings of the card.

If this does not work, then pls check the wiring of your installation.
We already had weird cases where silence detection kicked in because the phone cable was too long...
