Voicemail hang up vs confirmation key ERROR

I continue testing the Dialogic D4PCI board and have encountered a reproduceable error that occurs while leaving the voicemail
If the caller hangs up and does not hit the "#" key to confirm the message, the board goes into an "idle" state and does not respond normally
The message does not get sent.
None of the sound files are played during any subsequent calls and the script simply jumps to the end (hang up) cell
No system error is generated so the watchdog does not catch it.
I am able to reproduce this.

So my question ... is there a way to leave a voice mail without habing to use the confirm key (#) to complete the action?
