Dialogic ISDN Card

We are using the UM4-BRI8 ISDN card in combination with INS. For sending SMS messages, we have created an analog line in the Dialogic Configuration. Unfortunately this takes a long time to send a SMS message. Is there a way that INS can use the ISDN channels on this card to send the SMS Messages? Do you have any advice concerning the configuration of the ISDN cards from Dialogic?
