Hi John

No, this is unfortunately not foreseen.
In order to achieve this you may use an SQL statement to query all users from a contact list and copy those to your message.
Please have a look under
C:\INS\SampleScripts\TextScripts\AdoDB
to see how to connect through SQL to the INS DB.
