Intermittent disconnection

Some time ago, I asked you for a fail that I have 2 or 3 times a month.
For no apparent reason, the INS shows me the error: There is no mobile phone supports connected => Sony Ericsson Device 116 USB WMC Modem

Already tried to making in the designer a procedure based on the "watchdog" example that runs before the rest of the script but the fail persists because before running the script, the INS checks the connection, so the script never starts once failure occurs.

I think it must be a problem with the cell phone that disconnects itself for some reason, or Windows disconnect it from the COM port but I have not yet identified the reason.
What I want is an event to sound an alarm or something to let me know that the connection is dropped, because if the script is not running, the alarm does not work until I reset the connection so that the script can run.

Already also checked the windows event viewer but nothing appears to help me identify the problem or something I can use to trigger an alarm.

Do you have similar problems reported?
