Two more questions
Am I able to increase the default font/text size for the INS internal fax engine?
Am I able to to create a customized default fax sheet that incorporates the message body? It would be used when the system automatcially send the message to those with fax as their contact preference. IE every time INS sends a fax, it would use the default template (may be an external application) or do I need to create a script to incorporate the message into the template and then send to the identified recipient?
