Hi Ricardo

From what I can see from the log, INS is not able to communicate to the modem at all:

[2013/11/26 17:42:54.406] [MsgCenter@serverivr] Testing Módem estándar de 56000 bps as type SMS: Incoming SMS through Handset
[2013/11/26 17:42:55.218] [MsgServer@serverivr] Suspended Message Service for Message Center tests
[2013/11/26 17:43:00.000] [Channel #02] Command {AT,OK,,,4000}
[2013/11/26 17:43:04.203] [Channel #02] Timeout error {AT,OK,,,4000}

As you can see, your Sony Ericsson correctly answers to the AT command:
[2013/11/26 16:45:02.828] [MsgCenter@serverivr] Command {AT,OK,,,4000}
[2013/11/26 16:45:02.921] [MsgCenter@serverivr] OK

To take out the guessworking I would recommend to check the manual for the correct Bds and other settings and the configure a driver for those settings.
As you can see from the Windows log
=>ATI6 - DATA RATES: AUTOBAUD,300,1200,1200/75,2400,4800,9600,14400
the device accepts only up to 14400, so trying with 56000 does not make any sense.
I would recommend to reconfigure the Standard 9600 Bds modem and recheck with this.
