Integrated Notification System for Teamsters

Hello Team,

I am one of the techs trying to diagnose the errors with the INS software running at the Teamsters office in Surrey BC, Canada. Recently the modem needed replacement and the onsite tech was able to replace the unit with the same model. However we are unable to get the software to pickup an incoming call, testing through the software fails with an unknown error requesting we contact MAW support. I have been able to verify connectivity by using hyperterminal to dial out to a local land line. The system the software currently resides on is Windows XP, the version of INS is 6.1.0(single line). Any help would be appreciated.
