EAccess Violation 00634682

INS not wroking, unable to access DB or send messages. Stopped working unexpectedly.
Removed and reinstalled INS twice with no resolution.
Problem seems to be a database issues. I have tried the fix database with no success.
When I try to use the database files from previous version that failed in the new install, still no success.
Is there any way to migrate existing database into new installation?
I only have the DB, PX VAL files.
At very least I need the CONTACTS and CONTACTLISTS migrated to get back up and running.
This is an urgent request and INS is being used to notify service providers in realtime.
I will send session log to email for reference.
