Ok,
Well I have the Dialogic HMP software up and running now, as well as the Diva SDK installed. From the sample apps in the SDK I can connect to the channel and it will answer phone calls with voice playback on the phone, and can take messages so I know that it is working properly. In Message Center communication preferences the '@DIVA<0>[1][1]' shows up when selecting the 'VOICE: Outgoing Voice calls' or 'VOICE: Incoming Voice/Fax calls' option. I can click test and it says channel initialization successful. When I click 'Search channels' it comes back with the Diva channel being allowed for both incoming and outgoing voice. But when I click OK and restart the server, I get an error, '[Channel #01] Failed to open channel'. I dont really know what else there would be to do as everything else works perfectly, even within your program all the other things work fine. What is the problem???

This is Windows 7 x86.

I have tried the Terasens one as well as another SIP TAPI interface, but they did not support TAPI voice, but otherwise they worked fine. They would dial the extension and show the events, just no voice.

I am most likely going to be using a Dialogic analog card in the long run, so testing with its software would be most complete test without purchasing it.

Thanks
Dustin
