Firstly I really appreciate all the advice that you have given me so far,
until now I have found it very difficult to find anyone to even talk to me
about these issues.

OK from what I can establish from the MSCS document is the following:

1) I do not need an expensive IVR - but perhaps a voice modem or a voice
board of which I can purchase from US Robotics @ a cost of $70.

I could also purchase a TAPI Telephony Card from Brooktrout which is better
audio quality @ a cost of $175 per line.

2) I need a PC with Windows NT 4.0 - I currently use a MAC.

3) I need a PC Card interface or a Serial Cable Interface.

4) I need 'Composer for Ring Tone' (but does this give you the actual notes
to record popular music).

5) I need 'Windows Paint' for Logos: 72*14 pixels - Pictures: 72*28 pixels

6) I need to set up premium rate telephone lines for my customers to call.

7) I need to buy the Message Server Communication Suite.

Is that all I need to set up the business or is there other pieces of
hardware or software that you belief that I may require.
