MSCS doesn't answer

I'm testing the MSCS software and i get the following problem:

(I using Window2000 SP2, Modem Blaster V92 PCI, M20 siemens GSM).


1) The voice script doesn't answer to ring
follows the log message:

Why ?

2) I have installed a Siemens M20 GSM phone on the COM2 of my computer and the system cannot send SMS message. Error is : Port disable.

Why ?
