Rick,

I had a look at the log and still have no clue what the problem is!
The only suggestion I have is to uninstall the whole suite (delete also directory) and re-install it, using the quick setup at startup for the configuration.
Just for your information: The modem information is written into a file called lines.db (also in c:\msgserver), may it be possible that this
directory is read only ? (Just asking to check all possibilities...)
