On Monday , the 12.30.2002, Raffy wrote at 17:13:35 :

error message while starting applications

When I started the msgserver.exe, I got this error message " The MSGSERVER.EXE file is linked to this missing export file MAPI32.DLL:17. "
Starting the msgcenter.exe also points to this missing export file.
