I am trying out the Suite and I must say that it is very impressive. It is a down to earth product that does all the good work needed by many business.

I have three questions:

can I use ONE line to do a call re-direct. Say a caller called in and based on situation (e.g, after 6 rings), I want to re-direct the call to another number (i.e, ask MSCS to make an outgoing call at that time). Is this possible with only ONE Line?

My second question, do you have plans to support EMS and MMS in the near future?

Last one, do you plan to support other Text-to-speech and speech recognition engine such as SpeechWorks or others?
