Richard,

MSCS does support ActiveX calls through our "Run VBS code" cell.
This cell simply executes a Visual Basic Script, hence can access OLE (Active X).
You should be able to simply cut&paste the ActiveX sample code into our "Run VBS code" cell, do a couple of adaptations and it should work!
To start just create a text file, name it test.vbs, paste the sample code into it and run it by double clicking on it.
It just did this... there were some errors due to the fact that VBS does not like type declarations

DIM gaga as Integer 'OK for VB, not for VBS
DIM gaga 'OK for both

but the rest was OK.
Once you are happy with the code, past it into the "Run VBS code" cell and replace the values with our "Result Variables".

On every phone call the code is re-generated, allowing you to use the IVR result variables as parameters to pass to the ActiveX.
