You need to save the files in a folder and then refer in the MSACCESS DB to
the file name. IE

ID Picture
1001 c:\pictures\1001.gif
1002 c:\pictures\1002.gif
etc


Then you use a "Send DDE Command" cell with
TOPIC: MSACCESS|MyDB; SQL SELECT ID FROM Pictures WHERE ID="$RV[Get ID]"
ITEM: FirstRow

MyDB is the name of your MSAccess DB and Pictures the name of your table.

Then use a SendMessage cell and send the $RV[GetPicture] as picture message.

May I recommend to use our
C:\MsgServer\SampleScripts\VoiceScripts\RingToneOnDemand sample for you as
starting point and change it.

If you get stuck send us the script and your database and we'll finish it
for you.
