But M20 is not getting detected(FAIL)when iam configuring for communication device. It says that the modem is not TAPI compatible.
But you say that it can be used as a communication device for MSCS. Can i get any update drivers to make it TAPI compatible so that i can have the voice scripts run for making a simple IVR.
