Dialogic D/4PCI

Hi,

I am trying to set up an interactive voice responce system for our employees to receive their schedules and report their hours.

I downloaded Message Server Communication Suite and installed a Dialogic D/4PCI board according to the instructions provided by your website. The step by step instructions for windows2k were very helpful until line 44 where they kind of fell apart.

When I call the line MSCS is connected to the system log reports a ring, then listens for fax tone, then says call disconnected. Meanwhile the phone I'm calling from just keeps ringing and this repeats until I hang up.

I purchased the Dialogic card because your support site said it was tested and confirmed to work with your product. I have to have at least a rough draft set up by March 1 and will be purchasing software on Friday Feb 28. Interactive Voice Guide from Katalina Technologies is working fine with the dialogic board, but your software offers more features and is our preffered choice if we can make it work.
