Is it possible to programme MSCS to do the following.

To get a 4 digit order code by phone (like a ringtone), then hang-up. Then
process this order by dialling out, wait for an answer. Then simulate key
presses to navigate through an automated answering system. The 4 digit order
code must then be sent as key presses. Finally, send a recorded voice
message and hang-up.
